Hoopla Is Telling Me There Is An Issue With My Library Card Number Or PIN And Won't Let Me Check Out. How Can I Fix This?
If there is ever a time where you go to borrow an item and an error message comes up telling you that there is something wrong with your library card number or you PIN, these are the steps to take to try and fix the issue at home.
Step 1: If you are on the computer, click the cog at the top right corner which will lead you to Settings. If you are on a mobile device, click the three vertical dots on the top right and hit Settings.
Step 2: Find where it says "Library" and scroll down to where there are Library Card, and Library Card Pin fields. If either of those are empty, enter your information and save.
Step 3: Try re-searching for the item and borrow. If it still doesn't work, call the help desk at 989-773-3242 ext. 202
