FAQ

Late fees, lost or damaged item fees, printing fees, etc. can all be paid online.  The following lists the step-by-step process.

1. Visit www.crdl.org
2. Click the "Read & Watch" drop down menu at the top of the page.
3. In the "Browse & Borrow" section, click on "Pay Fines Online."
4. Log in using your library card number and your PIN (last four digits of your phone number
5. From there you can see how much you owe and select to pay your fines/fees, choosing all of the amount or even part of the amount
6. You will then be brought to a screen where you can enter your card number and can submit that information
7. The payment will instantly be processed and will immediately sync with your library account!
