FAQ

To set up your Libby (formerly OverDrive) account

1. Open libbyapp.com on your computer or install the Libby, the library app on your Android or iPhone device.
2. For initial setup, select “Yes, I Have A Library Card,” when prompted.
3. On the next screen, select “Search For a Library.”
4. Type “Mideastern Michigan Library Cooperative” into the text box and click on the matching library.
5. When prompted to add a library card, select “Sign In With My Card.”
6. Select “MMLC – Chippewa River District Library” when asked where you use your library card.
7. Enter your card number in the textbox and click the Next button.
8. Enter your PIN, usually the last 4 digits of your phone number, in the PIN textbox and click Sign In.
   1. If your PIN does not work, you can call the library to have it reset.
9. An image of a library card will be shown once it has been added. Click Next to begin browsing our Libby collection.
